Privacy policy

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on your iPhone or iPad and, when you use iCloud, in your Apple iCloud account (private CloudKit database). We do not operate a separate cloud service that holds your ledger or documents. Access is governed by your Apple ID and Apple's privacy and security policies.

What we collect

Nothing for our own use. The app does not send your customer names, totals, or files to Thicc Books or Invention Incarnate for tracking, profiling, or resale. There is no account sign-up with us and no in-app behavioral analytics from us.

Optional third-party services (only when you use a feature)

• Invoice PDF — optional crypto display: If you turn on crypto payment information in Settings and share an invoice PDF, the app may request a public spot price (e.g. from CoinGecko) to show an approximate coin amount on the PDF. That request does not include your customer list or invoice database—only what is needed for the rate. Fiat bookkeeping in the app is unchanged.
• Email or SMS: When you choose to share a PDF or contact support, the system mail or messages app may handle that content according to your carrier and provider.

Support

If you email Inventionincarnate@gmail.com, we only receive what you put in the message. We use it to help you and do not sell it.

Children

The app is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this page when the product changes. The current version is always published at www.thiccbooks.org/privacy.
